Letter from the Membership Secretary...

As the new season approaches, the Committee would like to invite you to rejoin for 2011/12.  We are able to hold club membership fees steady for yet another year.

ETTA registration remains a requirement. Renewal is straightforward and you will keep your old registration number.

Please go to:-  http://etta.tv/membership/  (ctrl + click to follow link) and acquire whichever membership is appropriate to your needs.

British League and National Competition Players need their Player Licence at fees shown on the website depending on level and date of birth.

LOCAL league players, require ‘Player Membership’ at a cost of £6.00 for adults and £3.00 for those born in 1994 or later.

The following groups require Associate membership at £3.00:-

      Greenway only players,

Those who don’t play in competitions,

Those who don’t play but do Umpire, Coach or Organise Tournaments

Once you have renewed your ETTA Registration, please complete the Horsham TTC Membership Application Form (attached) for the coming year, including the date of your ETTA renewal, and send it to me at the above address with the appropriate fee.  (ALL forms and fees direct to me please at the above address)

Please complete all sections of the form. It takes me ages to go through old forms if you omit details.

Attached is the new membership form.  There will be a few forms on the notice board at Greenway.  Soon, you can download a form from the club website  www.horshamtabletennisclub.co.uk  (click 'Membership' option on left hand menu and look for the Membership form for the correct year, 2011 - 2012 for the download).

Please complete this form and return it with payment to:-

Crawley/Horsham League Players

Now that we are settled in at K2, playing on the same night each week in consistent, high quality surroundings, the Committee feel it is time to reduce the subsidy to league players.  As a result, the league fees are increasing to reflect the costs.  The new prices are shown on the attached form.

I hope you're looking forward to the start of the new season.

Very best wishes,

Eve Alexander               Membership Secretary, HTTC
